Appointment Policies at Dental4U Yarraville

At Dental4U Yarraville, we are committed to providing timely, high-quality care for all our patients. To ensure the best possible service, we ask that patients adhere to our appointment policies, which help us efficiently manage our schedule and allocate resources to meet your needs.

Appointment Reservations & Cancellations

When you book an appointment with us, your reserved time is dedicated exclusively to you. To provide the best care on time, we request 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. We will send you a courtesy reminder via SMS or email, but it is your responsibility to confirm your appointment.

Booking Deposit

A $80 deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment, which will be credited towards your treatment.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you cancel, miss, or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, your deposit will be non-refundable and applied as a late cancellation fee.

Failed to Attend Fee

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, an $80 fee will be charged.

Multiple Cancellations

For patients who have multiple cancellations or missed appointments, we will require the full cost of treatment to be prepaid upfront as a deposit at the time of booking.

Occasional Appointment Changes

In some instances, we may need to contact you to reschedule or adjust your appointment time due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
