Cancellations and Bookings

Our staff will always consider our patients’ circumstances when handling their bookings. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you to ensure our clinical resources and staff are allocated to provide the best possible care on time.

Our practice requires 48h notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We will send you a courtesy reminder (sms or email), but it is ultimately the patient’s responsibility to remember their appointment date and time. All appointments must be confirmed.

An $80 deposit will be taken at the time of booking your appointment, which will be credited towards your treatment.

If you cancel, miss or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours prior to original booking, your deposit will become non refundable and will be used as a late cancellation fee.

Our “failed to attend” fee is $80. When multiple cancellations have occurred, we will require the cost of the treatment prepaid upfront as a deposit at the time of booking.

On some occasions, we may contact you if your appointment time needs to be changed.


Online Bookings

When making online bookings $80 will be charged. This fee is credited towards your invoice and becomes non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48h period prior to your booking. Please note: credit card payments attract different percentages of transaction fees
